Our students rolled up their sleeves and took real action for the planet this Earth Day! Throughout the week, everyone worked together to collect plastic bottles, which were then turned into clever recycling projects back in the classroom. The highlight of the day was heading out to the local park to pick up litter, showing how much we care about our community and the environment.
Back on campus, the creativity was flowing as students transformed “waste” into wonder with their recyclable projects. These activities perfectly reflected our IB spirit. By turning waste into something new and cleaning up our local spaces, our students acted as thinkers and caring global citizens. They connected what they learn in class to the real world, showing that small steps like recycling and cleaning up can lead to a much brighter and greener future for everyone!
It was a week of hard work, ingenuity, and teamwork – proving that when our students embrace their responsibility to the Earth, they truly create a path toward an amazing future!
